You may try the American Mahjong Confidence System™ for 30 calendar days from purchase. If it is not right for you, email mahjongwithconfidence@gmail.com within that period and request a refund.

How to request a refund

Include the purchaser’s name, purchase email and order number, if available. We may request enough information to locate and verify the transaction. You do not need to provide an extensive explanation.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Access to the digital materials and personal-use licence ends when a refund is issued; downloaded or printed materials must no longer be used, copied or shared.

Requests after 30 days

Requests received after 30 days are generally not eligible, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or the product is defective and cannot be accessed after reasonable support.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges
